Key Responsibilities

  • •Run through design information for fire engineering projects and coordinate with Facades, Acoustics and Structures teams.
  • •Present designs to local authorities and the Fire Service, informing the design team on potential safety improvements.
  • •Support the development process towards chartered status via structured development programmes and professional registrations.
  • •Contribute to technical report writing and project management activities as part of the early career development plan.
  • •Assist with professional registration through IFE and other professional bodies, as part of the trainee programme.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc (BEng) or MSc (MEng) in Fire, Structural, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent
  • •Experience within the fire engineering consulting industry
  • •This role can be based from any of our UK major offices.
  • •Ability to run through design information and liaise with multiple disciplines
  • •Support toward professional registration (IFE or other bodies) and participate in training programmes
