Key Responsibilities

  • •Own procurement execution, including PR/PO processing, vendor management, and purchase-data analysis.
  • •Support stakeholders’ daily purchasing requirements, focusing on high-spend categories using RFI/RFQ, sourcing, and price comparison.
  • •Handle procurement system issues (e.g., PO issues) and maintain preferred supplier lists and blacklists.
  • •Review purchase orders and perform selective audits to ensure compliance with purchasing policies and processes.
  • •Evaluate vendors and conduct supplier due diligence; benchmark pricing/services and perform cost/scenario analysis, including periodic vendor reviews and travel to vendor locations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • •5-10 years of relevant experience in indirect procurement.
  • •Solid experience in sourcing across categories including real estate, capex, and marketing.
  • •Good knowledge of information systems such as ERP, SharePoint, Office 365, and supplier management systems.
  • •Strong analytical, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a matrix organization.
