Diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles in the field while traveling to client locations. You’ll function as a Service Advisor and handle parts-related duties like ordering, returns, and inventory management, while delivering a high level of customer experience. Use appropriate software to document vehicle interactions, assess concerns through interviews and visual inspection, and plan service visits based on appointment schedules. Maintain knowledge of HV/LV systems and EV powertrains.
