Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete two rotations across different Engineering teams over the 2-year rotational programme.
  • •Gain hands-on experience in how Kerry designs, improves, and runs technologies, processes, and manufacturing environments.
  • •Contribute to strategic engineering projects that address real business challenges and meaningful contributions.
  • •Strengthen technical judgement by working with engineering experts and cross-functional teams across sites.
  • •Support site-wide performance with exposure to areas like reliability, process engineering, asset lifecycle management, safety, and sustainability engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •On track as a graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a 2:1 degree or equivalent in Engineering (e.g., Process, Chemical, Mechanical, Automation, Manufacturing, Digital, Electrical) or a related discipline.
  • •Ambitious and open-minded, ready to learn through hands-on, lab-based work and real customer innovation projects.
  • •Fluent in English and ideally another language.
  • •Excited by science and technology, with interest in using data, digital tools and AI thoughtfully to improve how products are developed, tested, and scaled.
  • •Eligible to work permanently in Europe and open to travel and relocation as part of the programme.
