Operations Manager

Lead and manage the operations team for end-to-end mortgage operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely execution. Build and maintain operational policies, procedures, and workflows, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Use operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions. Collaborate with sales and underwriting, manage budgets and resource allocation, and drive adoption of new technologies to improve service delivery.
