You’ll guide candidates through the interview process, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, manage interview timelines, maintain the Greenhouse ATS, and partner with APAC teams to scale recruitment operations.

•Deliver a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience across every stage of the interview process.
•Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely updates and clear communication throughout.
•Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers across the APAC region to drive seamless interview coordination.
•Schedule and manage complex interview loops, handling last-minute changes with agility and precision.
•Welcome candidates, guide them through virtual and onsite interviews, and ensure a smooth, engaging experience.
