Key Responsibilities

•Ensure compliance with cash handling policies and procedures for clubs and theaters.
•Balance and reconcile daily/nightly ticket sales; assist with cash drawer and ticket stock reconciliation.
•Provide prompt customer service in person and over the phone and support will call and guest list operations.
•Troubleshoot show-day issues (transfers, barcodes, account issues) and support ADA-related guest services with guest services/operations.
•Perform daily Ticketmaster host system operations, follow opening/closing shift procedures, and maintain box office readiness (including lost & found and cleanliness).
