  • •Maintain a compliance-first approach to meet security, audit, and BSA/AML and federal regulatory standards.
  • •Educate clients on leveraging mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
  • •Act as a first-line consultant by listening to customer needs and matching them to appropriate digital tools or banking solutions.
  • •Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius as needed and adapt to flexible schedules.
