Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and continuously improve the Ethical Strategy, aligning it to evolving legislation and industry best practice.
  • •Manage and monitor the global supplier audit programme (Shared Fitness), including corrective action plans and supplier remediation.
  • •Monitor and assess ethical risks across the global supply chain and translate insights into mitigation measures.
  • •Partner with internal teams to embed responsible sourcing considerations into decision-making and support FLA accreditation objectives.
  • •Define, monitor, and report Ethical KPIs, improve reporting processes, and support key disclosures including the Modern Slavery Statement.
