Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the Chief Agilist and Release Train Engineer for the program.
  • •Drive end-to-end Agile transformation through coaching, PI planning, dependency management, and continuous improvement.
  • •Orchestrate Agile Release Train execution by facilitating PI planning, enabling cross-team synchronization, and removing systemic impediments.
  • •Maintain predictable, continuous delivery of program value using Lean-Agile principles and flow-based practices.
  • •Travel to customer CONUS and OCONUS sites as required, no more than 25%.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience coaching multiple teams in Agile frameworks at both team level (Scrum, Kanban) and scaled level (SAFe, Scrum@Scale).
  • •Strong facilitation of Agile ceremonies and cross-team coordination to drive delivery.
  • •Knowledge of flow, delivery metrics, and continuous improvement techniques.
  • •Experience identifying organizational impediments and influencing change across teams, partnering with leadership and engineering/Product Management.
  • •Experience as a Release Train Engineer; typically requires a STEM degree and 8+ years relevant experience (or advanced degree with 6+ years).
