Maintain and update master data in ERP systems (BAS and SAP) for “Specifications”, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and logical consistency. Review data for duplicates and errors, resolve outdated records, and process create/change requests according to SLA while following MDM procedures. Collaborate with business units and the IT team, participate in data management process improvements, and adhere to data security and confidentiality policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Create, update, and maintain master data in ERP (BAS and SAP) for “Specifications”.
•Check data for completeness, correctness, logical consistency, and duplicates.
•Fix errors and remove outdated records.
•Process data create/change requests in line with SLA requirements.
•Follow approved MDM procedures and data security/confidentiality policies; coordinate with business and IT teams and improve data management processes.

Key Requirements

•1+ year experience working with BAS/BAF and/or SAP (or another ERP system).
•Experience working with master data and/or corporate directories/reference data (MDM).
•Practical experience maintaining items such as products (nomenclature), counterparties, specifications and reference lists.
•Basic Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (filters, formulas, data validation, reporting).
•Basic SQL knowledge (preferred) and English level B1 for communication with international teams.
