Job Summary

Support emergency management clients by deploying as an on-call cadre member to Emergency Operations Center and/or Field Staging Area operations before, during, and after disasters. Handle procurement/administrative logistics such as logistics, supply, cost/documentation, and resource unit functions. Maintain deployment eligibility through periodic training, collaborate with Emergency Management Project Management, and apply ethical decision-making while following WSP policies and conducting with workplace safety in mind.

Key Responsibilities

•Support Emergency Management team in servicing clients preparing for, responding to, and recovering from disasters nationwide and in US territories.
•Deploy to Emergency Operations Center and/or Field Staging Area operations prior to, during, and post-disaster.
•Perform logistics, supply, cost/documentation, and/or resource unit functions.
•Attend periodic training throughout the year to maintain deployment eligibility.
•Support Emergency Management project management functions and perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Key Requirements

•HS diploma.
•7+ years experience, including 3+ years in an Emergency Management role (Response, Recovery or related), or equivalent.
•Prior emergency management project procurement/administrative experience with broad knowledge of emergency management principles, methods and techniques; strong knowledge of ERP systems/Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle, and SAP.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook (email), Word, and Excel.
•FEMA Emergency Management Institute Independent Study - Professional Development Series certification.
