Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Emergency Management team in servicing clients preparing for, responding to, and recovering from disasters nationwide and in US territories.
  • •Deploy to Emergency Operations Center and/or Field Staging Area operations prior to, during, and post-disaster.
  • •Perform logistics, supply, cost/documentation, and/or resource unit functions.
  • •Attend periodic training throughout the year to maintain deployment eligibility.
  • •Support Emergency Management project management functions and perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •HS diploma.
  • •7+ years experience, including 3+ years in an Emergency Management role (Response, Recovery or related), or equivalent.
  • •Prior emergency management project procurement/administrative experience with broad knowledge of emergency management principles, methods and techniques; strong knowledge of ERP systems/Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle, and SAP.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook (email), Word, and Excel.
  • •FEMA Emergency Management Institute Independent Study - Professional Development Series certification.
