Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the frontend architecture and set the standard for how Artisan is built on the client side.
  • •Build and maintain multi-product frontend architecture with component systems, routing, and shared infrastructure to feel like one product.
  • •Create real-time, data-dense interfaces that render large datasets efficiently and remain usable at scale.
  • •Design AI-native interaction patterns for transparency, human-in-the-loop controls, and workflows where human and AI actions interleave.
  • •Develop and maintain a design system and contribute to frontend tooling and developer experience to raise the bar across the codebase.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of frontend engineering experience, with a track record of building complex, data-rich web applications.
  • •Deep expertise in TypeScript and React, understanding internals, tradeoffs, and scalable patterns.
  • •Strong experience with state management, performance optimization, and rendering large datasets in the browser.
  • •Built or maintained design systems and component libraries used across multiple product surfaces.
  • •Experience with real-time data (WebSockets, polling, optimistic updates) and complex form/table UIs.
