Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in a customer service-related role, or 6+ years in communications technology with 2+ years in a customer-facing role.

  • •Expected to be in Austin, Texas on a weekly basis.
  • •Ability to manage and lead day-to-day activities to meet contractual commitments in the Maintenance Agreement.
