Job Summary

Design, develop, and support custom SharePoint applications across SharePoint on-prem and SharePoint Online/Microsoft 365, including building SPFx components and responsive solutions. Implement client-side integrations using REST/SOAP/CSOM/JSOM, use Power Apps and Power Automate, and migrate SharePoint content with tools like ShareGate or Metalogix. Build CI/CD-ready code with unit testing, Git/Azure Repos, and deploy from DEV to PROD. Also work on Apache Spark pipelines using Python/PySpark, SQL, and HDFS for large-scale data processing.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and support custom applications on SharePoint on-premises and SharePoint Online.
•Build SPFx components and implement responsive SharePoint-based solutions.
•Implement client-side scripting using REST/SOAP/CSOM/JSOM and integrate required SharePoint functionality.
•Use Power Apps/Power Automate and perform SharePoint migrations using tools such as ShareGate, Metalogix, or SPMT.
•Develop and scale Apache Spark pipelines, including data ingestion, transformations, and automated workflows using Python/PySpark and shell scripts.

Key Requirements

•Strong technical experience across SharePoint platforms (SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 and Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online) and web development technologies.
•Advanced hands-on development of custom SPFx components for SharePoint Online and responsive applications.
•Experience implementing client-side scripting solutions using REST, SOAP, CSOM, and JSOM.
•Working knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate (form customization and workflow implementation) and ability to migrate SharePoint data/apps using tools like ShareGate, Metalogix, or SPMT.
•Hands-on data engineering skills: design/build/maintain Apache Spark pipelines; write Python/PySpark and shell scripts; work with Oracle SQL and HDFS for data cleansing and transformations.
