Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct audience curation research and administrative support for TED conferences and community programs.
  • •Maintain and organize internal Airtable databases for audience curation programs.
  • •Support conference and other event communications for key community groups, including list management and sending invitations.
  • •Provide premium customer support to event attendees via email, including high-profile guests and their representatives.
  • •Assist with administrative and communications tasks for the Audience Development and Community team as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 25 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be authorized to work in Canada.
  • •2+ years of experience in research, administrative support, coordination, and/or communications roles.
  • •Comfortable with databases and tools like Airtable, Google Workspace, and Zendesk (or similar).
  • •Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines and re-prioritize.
  • •Strong communicator who can manage high email volume under time pressure.
