Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a consistent, client-focused experience while completing complex and standardized client transactions and maintaining accurate records of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions such as ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities (including referrals as needed).
  • •Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions that fit clients’ needs.
  • •Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies to ensure compliance; serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
