Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical roadmap for automating investigative workflows while ensuring customer experience and regulatory compliance.
  • •Improve automation systems that process incoming emails from law enforcement and partner banks using LLMs.
  • •Build a unified request handling platform combining RFI and law-enforcement case management workflows.
  • •Develop partner access capabilities for more efficient access to customer information and enhance escalation systems to reduce false positives.
  • •Mentor junior engineers, lead technical architecture discussions for sensitive investigations, and collaborate across FinCrime teams and external stakeholders.
