•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, etc.) to identify and mitigate risks to user safety.
•Apply data-driven frameworks to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
•Implement safety and compliance initiatives across a diverse product portfolio, including policy implementation, content moderation, and regulatory compliance.
•Stay informed about industry best practices and emergent risks related to new technology products and contexts.

•Ability to analyze and improve end-to-end Trust & Safety systems, including policies, review processes, and tooling.
•Strong understanding of online safety issues (data privacy, misinformation, fraud) and AI safety issues (fairness, accountability, transparency).
