Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day production, maintenance, and engineering support, troubleshooting to meet quality and quantity targets.
  • •Track historical performance data and analyze key efficiencies/parameters to support troubleshooting and cost/production goals.
  • •Provide management support for process deviations using KPI reports and process trends.
  • •Analyze processes, develop new operating techniques, and recommend changes or capital expenditures to improve efficiencies, facility life, and quality.
  • •Support and lead investigations related to safety and quality incidents, including coordinating training and coaching for operations personnel.
