Job Summary

Lead wet manufacturing operations by providing engineering support, troubleshooting, and process optimization to meet safety, environmental, quality, cost, and customer delivery goals. Analyze and monitor key efficiencies and KPIs, recommend process and capital improvements, and support investigations tied to safety and quality incidents. Coordinate training and coaching for operations personnel and lead internal projects as a Certified Lean Specialist, including coverage for department manager or operations leads as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide day-to-day production, maintenance, and engineering support, troubleshooting to meet quality and quantity targets.
•Track historical performance data and analyze key efficiencies/parameters to support troubleshooting and cost/production goals.
•Provide management support for process deviations using KPI reports and process trends.
•Analyze processes, develop new operating techniques, and recommend changes or capital expenditures to improve efficiencies, facility life, and quality.
•Support and lead investigations related to safety and quality incidents, including coordinating training and coaching for operations personnel.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 102,100 - 136,166.67 annually

•Capacity to solve problems with creative, innovative solutions and challenge traditional methods.
