Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead execution of cost management services for construction projects, supporting cost control and quality objectives.
  • •Direct cost management project teams and key roles, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.
  • •Manage commission responsibilities, including estimating, cost planning, and ownership of final revisions to cost plans.
  • •Produce and present monthly post-contract cost reports; lead value engineering and life cycle costing.
  • •Manage invoicing processes using D-365, ensuring invoice data accuracy, compliance, and timely finance coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • •Minimum 7 years’ experience in cost management or construction projects (cost manager, construction manager, procurement, project manager, etc.).
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills, including experience in people management (a plus).
  • •Client-facing experience using advisory skills to enhance project delivery through value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing.
  • •Proficiency in Cost-X (or equivalent) and additional experience with NEC contracts.
