Key Responsibilities

  • •Support customers across Avanade Managed Services by working queries from start to finish with updates and smooth issue resolution.
  • •Engineer, configure, and operate Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams) and related workloads.
  • •Administer Azure resources supporting M365 and enterprise workloads, including subscriptions, resource groups, networking, and identity integrations.
  • •Implement and maintain identity and access controls in Microsoft Entra ID (users, groups, roles, conditional access, MFA) and manage tenant configuration and platform baselines.
  • •Investigate and resolve M365/Azure platform incidents and degradations, monitor service health and alerts, and maintain operational documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 7 years of relevant technology experience in solution delivery, particularly within a consultancy or systems integrator.
  • •Experience supporting large-scale Microsoft M365/Azure deployments in secure environments.
  • •Ability to implement identity and access controls using Microsoft Entra ID, including conditional access and MFA.
  • •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to investigate and resolve platform incidents and operational issues (L2/L3 support).
  • •Australian citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Government Security Clearance where required.
