Key Responsibilities

  • •Gain exposure to Invesco Real Estate business lines across multiple asset classes.
  • •Work on deals and transactions with investment professionals supporting client relationships and business growth.
  • •Participate in internal/external client meetings, including negotiation of contracts and agreements and attending due diligence meetings.
  • •Prepare and update property and portfolio-level financial models in Excel and/or Argus, including sensitivity analysis.
  • •Complete real-world cash studies and lead an end-of-summer capstone project.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and a rising Junior graduating by summer of 2028.
  • •Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • •All majors are welcomed, with emphasis on Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Stats, Economics, or Business-related fields.
  • •Must be able to work in Invesco’s Los Angeles office and be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis (no employment-based immigration sponsorship).
