•Provide Tier 2 support for collaboration, voice, and video systems at Texas Capital Bank.
•Support and troubleshoot live events quickly, resolving issues or finding workarounds.
•Ensure real-time collaboration and conferencing systems from cloud/managed providers are available to end users.
•Create bill of materials and drawings, and assist with estimates for A/V integration into new builds.
•Use network performance monitoring tools to isolate root-cause issues and coordinate with IT network engineers/vendor partners to resolve problems.

Key Requirements

•General understanding of IP communications and protocols including TCP and UDP.
•Technical understanding in design, configuration, and troubleshooting of collaboration technologies.
•Experience installing/troubleshooting AV and IT infrastructure (cabling, connectors, rack assemblies) and reading AV system design diagrams/specifications/manuals.
