Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and maintain concrete handling (Tiger) equipment safely and efficiently.
  • •Inspect product quality to standards and adjust settings as necessary.
  • •Detect, troubleshoot, and report equipment malfunctions and quality issues.
  • •Assist with production flow and reporting, including recording quality data (moisture, density, height, material consumption).
  • •Prepare molds and perform machine clean-up, set-up, and functions for product changes; participate in shift huddles and communication updates.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of experience operating similar equipment.
  • •Manufacturing/industrial environment experience preferred.
  • •Ability to read and comprehend safety procedures and operating/maintenance instructions.
  • •High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • •Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in dusty, hot and/or cold conditions.
