Job Summary

Own global sourcing for Electronic Systems, Electrical Components, Infotainment, and NPI. Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Engineering and Supplier Quality to identify and qualify potential suppliers meeting Lucid’s expectations and timelines.
•Create RFQs, review and analyze supplier quotations, and develop sourcing/business recommendations balancing cost, quality, lead-time, and technical needs.
•Negotiate contracts for parts pricing, tooling costs, and Engineering Services (NRE/EDT).
•Work with suppliers and Engineering to release parts into production and issue POs for prototype parts and prototype/production tooling.
•Manage supplier development, timelines, parts availability for prototype builds/start of production, and resolve delays or problems; act as the point of contact for commercial issues.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (relevant experience may substitute).
•2–4 years’ experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain, or engineering experience related to electronic components.
•Strong electronics knowledge and hands-on sourcing of electronic components (e.g., resistors, capacitors, microprocessors, transistors, diodes).
•Understanding of quality principles and product development processes, plus data analysis and teamwork to resolve problems.
•Proficient with Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
