Job Summary

Configure, implement, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules, focusing on Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and the Talent Management suite (performance, succession, recruiting, LMS, and compensation). Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules, focused on Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and Talent Management.
•Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions that meet business needs.
•Manage system upgrades, releases, and testing cycles.
•Provide end-user training and support while developing and maintaining configuration, process, and integration documentation.
•Troubleshoot issues, ensure data integrity, and maintain compliance with internal and external regulations.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
•Proven expertise in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
•Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules.
•Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations (e.g., SAP CPI, API, middleware).
•Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field; SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules preferred.
