  • •Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are central to Sierra's growth and deployed in production environments.
  • •Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration, defining ADLC best practices.
  • •Collaborate with leaders at large enterprises and startups to understand business challenges and implement AI agents at scale.
  • •Shape the evolution of Sierra's core platform by surfacing needs, prototyping tools, and coordinating with research, product, and platform teams.
  • •Build and refine generalizable AI agent frameworks and capabilities in response to customer feedback and market needs.
