Key Responsibilities

•Perform analytics to identify reasons for minor supply chain issues using established rules, policies, and processes.
•Track supply chain metrics to measure initiative effectiveness and report progress to senior management.
•Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in supply chain and operations processes and report them to senior individual contributors.
•Review performance regularly to find improvement opportunities in supply chain strategies and contribute to projects or cross-functional teams.
•Conduct research on supply chain trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to support process optimization and innovation.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
•2–4 years of work experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field (or an advanced degree with little/no experience).
•Apply knowledge of supply chain rules, policies, and processes to analyze issues.
•Support team members in developing supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals.
•Maintain meticulous records with a comprehensive documentation trail for strategy project activities and results.
