•Design, build, and evolve the internal engineering platform including CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and self-service tooling.
•Improve developer experience by reducing workflow friction and streamlining local development and delivery processes.
•Drive reliability and observability by defining SLIs/SLOs and implementing monitoring, dashboards, alerting, tracing, and operational health metrics.
•Strengthen data reliability by improving data accuracy and consistency across platform data and processing pipelines.
•Build for scale by eliminating bottlenecks, automating manual work, and improving engineering productivity as the org grows.

Key Requirements

•5+ years as a software/platform/SRE/DevOps engineer building production-quality systems.

•Ability to manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation).
•Experience implementing observability with tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry.
