Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate gaps.
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor and strong stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional areas on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendors, technology, and facilities to ensure efficient store operations.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
