Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, coordinate, analyze, and support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings using SAP and other tools, including billing/booking to cost centers.
  • •Collect and consolidate expense actuals and plan data to prepare forecasts.
  • •Maintain master data in SAP and planning/controlling systems (e.g., cost centers, accounts, statistical key figures) and ensure data quality.
  • •Deliver cost allocation to services (products/projects) and customers and prepare/provide regular expense reporting.
  • •Respond to queries from cost-center managers, identify financial issues and drivers, support counter-measures, and lead PPM project modules/task forces.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2-3 years of relevant finance/controlling experience.
  • •Practical experience in FP&A, management accounting, reporting, and cost controlling.
  • •Finance and Accounting, Economy/Controlling, or equivalent academic degree.
  • •Very good Excel skills.
  • •Experience in SAP and desired BI tools, plus strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
