Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform end-to-end testing, downloading programming, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact, ensuring satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation/repair requirements by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) or a certificate of completion from an accredited technical school; typically 10+ years of HVAC experience.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent violations, including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving, or preventable collisions in the last 3 years.
  • •EPA certification preferred (e.g., HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer).
  • •Ability to follow blueprints and engineering specifications to diagnose and repair HVAC units using hand tools.
