Technology Development Manager

Lead delivery of credit card technology across the product/service lifecycle—from inception and construction through test, release, and ongoing support—within a pod in the Credit Card Technology team. Own end-to-end accountability for technology solutions that meet customer needs, coordinate with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors, and support release/change with strong customer focus. Ensure service resilience, sustainability, and recovery time objectives while continuously enhancing skills across front-end development, security, testing, and operational support.
