Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule and coordinate investor calls, meetings, and briefings, managing calendars across stakeholders and time zones.
  • •Plan and execute investor events, visits, and other in-person engagements with internal teams and on-site staff.
  • •Prepare the team and executives for investor conversations and capture follow-ups afterward.
  • •Own IR-related vendor relationships, including sourcing and ongoing scope, budget, and performance management.
  • •Maintain IR records, investor contact databases and interaction history, and build/document recurring processes for the IR function.
