Job Summary

Join HP’s Corporate Development team to support acquisitions and divestitures across global business units. You’ll build and maintain valuation and financial models, conduct market/industry/competitive research, and help identify, screen, and value M&A and investment opportunities. The role also partners with cross-functional due diligence teams by preparing executive-ready, data-driven presentations and supporting forecast financial modeling, while improving corporate development practices and workflows.

•Build and maintain valuation and financial models.

•Identify, screen, and value M&A and investment opportunities; help enhance corporate development practices and processes.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Transaction Services, Private Equity, or related fields, ideally in the technology sector.
•Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
•Advanced financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
•Ability to conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support business strategy.
•Strong analytical judgment and communication skills to drive complex projects and present insights to executives.
