Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line Coach brand ambassador. Build client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Maintain sales and stockroom standards, process transactions, support inventory cycles, and collaborate with teammates to meet store KPIs.
