Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain Tableau dashboards across demand, supply planning, and logistics aligned with business goals.
  • •Investigate data discrepancies to resolve root causes, and track reporting adoption, usage, and quality feedback across teams.
  • •Support Anaplan data pipelines (inputs, outputs, downstream feeds), identify data gaps, and maintain integration reliability.
  • •Validate and document Anaplan data flows and reporting outputs by testing/reconciling with stakeholders and capturing business logic and validation steps.
  • •Serve as the day-to-day resource for supply chain model break-fix issues and coordinate model enhancements from requirements through deployment, including AI-enabled anomaly detection and validated insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, Engineering, Business, or related field, with 2–4+ years in supply chain analytics, BI, planning support, or data management.
  • •Hands-on experience supporting Anaplan models (model support, testing, troubleshooting) and building/maintaining Tableau dashboards (or similar BI).
  • •Experience with NetSuite (or another ERP), including understanding how transactional and master data support planning and reporting.
  • •Strong analytical problem-solving to investigate data discrepancies, track data quality/adoption feedback, and recommend practical solutions.
  • •Demonstrated experience using generative AI or machine-assisted analytics tools to process, analyze, explain, or document data, and validate outputs against source data and business context.
