Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee journeymen plumbers and plumbing work across Renuity Nevada and other states as needed.
  • •Develop and maintain Renuity West Services Plumbing handbook and hire-to-retire practices for journeymen plumbers.
  • •Train and direct best-practice installation processes for journeymen plumbers, subcontractor plumbers, and installers.
  • •Ensure work complies with applicable plumbing codes and perform testing for proper, safe operation.
  • •Coordinate with scheduler on permit processing, inspections, and follow-up; supervise shower/walk-in bath plumbing system and fixture installation, including pipe assemblies, valves, and fittings.

Key Requirements

  • •Master Plumber License in the State of Nevada (required).
  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Proven experience as a Master Plumber.
  • •5+ years of bathroom remodeling or installation experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license with ability to pass an MVR and reliable transportation to job sites.
