Job Summary

Assist in planning, preparing, executing, and closing out preventive and corrective maintenance activities for MWAV vessels. Support the Service Delivery Team as an administrative link by organizing Objective Quality Evidence (OQE), tracking defect workflows, and capturing meeting minutes from weekly Plan of the Week (PLOW) sessions. Draft Statements of Work (SOW), support documentation alignment across Thales tools, and prepare materials for conferences and performance metric reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in drafting Statements of Work (SOW) for defect resolution and review maintenance instructions for completeness.
•Support maintenance documentation and notifications tracking in Thales tools to maintain data consistency across the fleet.
•Execute assigned actions in Thales tools to keep maintenance workflows and Quick Response defect activities moving.
•Organize Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) and consolidate maintenance documentation to support internal close-out processes.
•Attend weekly Plan of the Week (PLOW) meetings to capture, format, and distribute accurate meeting minutes; gather data for MSDC and KPI reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 55,000 - 65,000 annually

•Recent graduate with an Engineering degree or a technical diploma in Project Management, Engineering Technology, Maritime Studies, or a related marine technical field.
•Ability to work with and organize data sets accurately.
•Strong communication and reporting skills to interface with internal and external stakeholders.
•Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities in a waterfront environment.
•Strong computer literacy with proven experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
