Key Responsibilities

  • •Support greenhouse gas accounting for Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 by collecting, preparing, and calculating emissions data.
  • •Aggregate and analyze sustainability data to support voluntary targets and mandatory ESG regulatory disclosures and external reporting.
  • •Prepare, organize, and explain Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 greenhouse gas data for external assurance and audit processes; maintain audit-ready controls and SOPs.
  • •Centralize sustainability data through data/file management and improved accessibility to support reporting and assurance.
  • •Coordinate with ESG Reporting, the ESG Controller, Legal, Finance, and other teams to ensure data is timely, accurate, and complete for required disclosures and surveys (e.g., CDP, CSRD, RE100).

Salary: USD 64,800 - 81,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, economics, environmental studies, management information systems, engineering, finance, or a similar field.
  • •2+ years of experience with analytical work involving data collection and organization.
  • •Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and modeling.
  • •Experience with sustainability ratings, disclosure frameworks, and reporting standards (e.g., GHG Protocol, SBTi, Net Zero, TCFD, CDP, CSRD).
  • •Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects; GHG accounting and environmental sustainability expertise are preferred.
