Job Summary

Work as a seasoned business analyst and liaison between internal and external stakeholders and technology teams. You’ll gather and translate requirements, map processes, and define solutions to improve complex business, process, information, and system problems. Deliver business projects aligned with sponsor needs and enterprise architecture, document operational gaps (including user training and test cases), and support issue resolution while following development and support processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a bridge between business problems and technology solutions.
•Analyze and resolve business problems by leveraging technology, including transforming requirements into operational deliverables.
•Work with internal clients to determine business requirements and define solutions for business, process, information, and system improvements.
•Deliver business projects in line with sponsor requirements and enterprise architecture, with responsibility for delivery elements.
•Identify and document operational gaps and support issue resolution, including user guides, templates, test cases, and user training.

Key Requirements

•Seasoned experience as a Business Analyst in a technology services environment.
•Experience gathering business requirements, defining use cases, process mapping, and implementing new services and systems.
•Excellent communication and documentation skills, including functional requirements, test cases, and system user documentation.
•Seasoned expertise in specific systems, processes, and technologies required for analysis.
•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant business analysis and/or ITIL certifications preferred/required; IIBA membership required.
