Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute high-quality underwritings, refinancings, and amendments using extensive due diligence and credit policy to address client needs within risk acceptance criteria.
  • •Perform independent in-depth credit analysis including financial statements, valuation, projections, and stress tests to assess industry and key risks.
  • •Manage a client portfolio, ensuring timely completion of annual reviews, renewals, amendments/waivers, ancillary credit approvals, and quarterly risk ratings.
  • •Safeguard operational and financial performance of renewable energy projects through post-closing operational and contractual activities.
  • •Negotiate and ensure legal documentation for credit events aligns with approved credit package/closing memo, coordinating with internal and external counsel and actively managing watchlist clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferably in finance, economics, or accounting with high academic achievement.
