Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as technical point of contact for assigned parts and assemblies, solving emergent supplier manufacturing and quality challenges and mitigating risk to the manifest.
  • •Own new product introduction and supplier onboarding, developing processes to ramp manufacturing to rate for new parts, drawing changes, or re-sourcing.
  • •Collaborate with design, R&D, commercial supply chain, hardware reliability, and production teams to manage the product portfolio effectively.
  • •Analyze production and process data to drive technical improvements and update engineering drawings to reduce defects, improve manufacturability, lead times, and cost.
  • •Lead issue resolution and quality improvement activities, including root-cause failure analysis, corrective actions, containment, and issue ticket disposition through closure.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
  • •1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.
  • •Working knowledge of PCBA processing, including pick and place machines, reflow ovens, and wave/selective soldering systems.
  • •In-depth knowledge of industry specifications and requirements (e.g., IPC-2221, IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610).
  • •Ability to problem-solve using disciplined methods (e.g., 8D) and drive corrective actions to closure.
