Key Responsibilities

  • •Set production goals and expectations for the shift.
  • •Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment; set up and operate machinery.
  • •Listen for unusual sounds from machines to detect malfunctions and coordinate troubleshooting with maintenance.
  • •Operate forklift as directed and without supervision while following safety rules and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous team lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience training team members on equipment operation (including forklift, bobcat, loader) and production machine troubleshooting.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform intermittent climbing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • •Ability to walk on elevated catwalks and stairs and stand for long periods.
  • •Ability to work in all environmental conditions and extreme temperatures.
