Job Summary

Lead enterprise-wide QA delivery for large transformation programs and complex integrations, including ERP initiatives. Own release cycle quality governance, ensuring entry/exit criteria and quality gates are met and defects follow verified root-cause analysis. Drive requirement review, walkthroughs, defect triage, and auditability across X-Ray and Jira while partnering with Business and Product leads.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary QA engineering delivery lead for enterprise-wide initiatives and enterprise-scale orchestration of testing across complex integrations and transformation programs.
•Ensure release cycle quality governance by monitoring release readiness, enforcing quality gates/entry/exit criteria as Definition of Done, and leading QA execution each cycle.
•Expand and mature core testing platforms and tooling, driving enterprise adoption of Playwright, Jenkins, and related utilities across delivery teams.
•Scale QA capacity and functionality using AI to improve test generation, accelerate release cycles, and identify hotspot areas in complex codebases and integrations.
•Own defect management and auditability with verified RCA, bi-directional traceability between tests and defects (X-Ray and Jira), and drive bug triage and reporting/data hygiene.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years in Software Quality Engineering, including at least 5 years demonstrating QA engineering leadership or managing Program QA Delivery.
•Drive operational implementation of QA processes across large-scale, complex release cycles and transformation programs.
•Expert hands-on QA automation and framework extension experience using Playwright and CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins.
•Expert defect lifecycle management, including verified Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and leakage analysis.
•Expert experience with enterprise test management tools, specifically X-Ray and Jira, enforcing bi-directional traceability and data hygiene.
