•Analyze daily KPIs and goals to identify root causes and implement actionable changes to improve store performance.
•Identify skill gaps across the Lead Store Advisor team and facilitate training sessions to support professional development.

•5+ years of experience in retail leadership or high-touch service environments within premium or performance-driven brands.
•Advanced problem-solving skills, able to ask the right questions and think systemically to address operational hurdles.
•Experience facilitating technical or operational training and coaching for diverse team members.
•High emotional intelligence with the ability to reflect on performance and continuously learn.
•Clear, authentic communication that builds relational intelligence and partners with cross-functional stakeholders.
