Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform financial and collateral analysis and prepare reporting on performance trends and key indicators.
  • •Monitor and enforce ongoing borrower compliance with loan terms, documentation, covenants, and reporting requirements.
  • •Demonstrate ownership of a portfolio with minimal guidance and escalate problem accounts to resolve issues with partners.
  • •Complete annual reviews and non-material modifications independently and on time.
  • •Review and approve periodic borrowing bases and advance requests, and write loan modification documents/credit approval memos with supervision.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or financial modeling.
  • •Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant fields.
  • •Previous experience in banking, commercial finance, or asset management.
  • •Formal training in credit risk management; strong analytical and technology aptitude (including advanced Excel) and clear communication.
