Key Responsibilities

•Provide weekly supervision regarding financial management services and administrative issues for Personal Financial Counselors (PFC).
•Monitor policy compliance, quality assurance, and reporting processes to ensure DoD protocol adherence and client readiness for Office of the Secretary of Defense submissions.
•Oversee scheduling and deployment of counselors, including rotations, on-demand support, and surge events, ensuring effective client service delivery.
•Direct counseling services, educational workshops, and base/installation command consultations; collect activity data for internal and external reporting.
•Coordinate with POCs and base/installation command to ensure program needs are met and provide feedback to PMO.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,715 - 113,145

Key Requirements

•Bachelors degree required.
•5+ years of financial counseling post-certification.
•2+ years documentation, oversight, management and supervisory experience.
•Must be a U.S. citizen and fluent in English.
•Must be able to obtain a Tier 2 Clearance and pass the Congressionally Mandated Disclosures for Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI).
