Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide weekly supervision regarding financial management services and administrative issues for Personal Financial Counselors (PFC).
  • •Monitor policy compliance, quality assurance, and reporting processes to ensure DoD protocol adherence and client readiness for Office of the Secretary of Defense submissions.
  • •Oversee scheduling and deployment of counselors, including rotations, on-demand support, and surge events, ensuring effective client service delivery.
  • •Direct counseling services, educational workshops, and base/installation command consultations; collect activity data for internal and external reporting.
  • •Coordinate with POCs and base/installation command to ensure program needs are met and provide feedback to PMO.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,715 - 113,145

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree required.
  • •5+ years of financial counseling post-certification.
  • •2+ years documentation, oversight, management and supervisory experience.
  • •Must be a U.S. citizen and fluent in English.
  • •Must be able to obtain a Tier 2 Clearance and pass the Congressionally Mandated Disclosures for Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI).
