Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the enterprise ServiceNow technical roadmap, design standards, governance controls, and reusable solution patterns.
  • •Lead architecture and technical design of complex ServiceNow implementations, integrations, workflows, and platform enhancements.
  • •Champion scalable, upgrade-safe solutions while minimizing customization and reducing technical debt.
  • •Guide data and integration architecture across ServiceNow, CMDB, service mapping, IntegrationHub, MID Server, APIs, and connected enterprise systems.
  • •Advise platform leadership and stakeholders and provide architectural guidance and mentorship to developers, engineers, and implementation partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree plus at least 10 years of ServiceNow experience, including 2 years of leadership experience.
  • •Experience defining ServiceNow architecture, technical standards, governance models, and scalable solution patterns in large enterprise environments.
  • •Experience leading technical design and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions, including integrations, workflows, and platform enhancements.
  • •Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow technologies, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, MID Server, UI Builder, and Service Portal.
  • •Strong understanding of upgrade-safe design, platform performance, security, operational resilience, and technical debt reduction.
